Mango salsa is a very quick and easy recipe. It is light and very refreshing, full of great flavors of sweet juicy features of mangoes, tart lime juice, and jalapeno peppers is the perfect combination of sweetness and heat.
This Mango Salsa can be eaten with chips as a healthy snack. Even you can serve it with fish fry or Grilled chicken breast.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped pitted peeled mango
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- Green Chills 1 Tsp
- Black Papers – ½ Tsp
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
Preparation Method:
Peel and chop juicy Mangos, Onions, bell peppers, green challis & fresh coriander leaves. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Seasoned with salt and crushed black paper. Add Olive oil, lime juice, and Coriander and mix gently.
Sprinkle some Coriander or cilantro on top for garnishing. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours and serve chilled with chips.
