As we are still fighting with COVID-19 aftereffects and side effects. So much negativity, pain, sadness, and discomfort are still touching us. In these situations still, we are breathing and alive, we are blessed. Let’s say ‘Big Thank you’ to our Lord Almighty Allah the Creator the most merciful for his endless blessings which he is showering upon us in every second which we take for granted.

Let’s step to self-love and care. Let us promise to take care more in 2024 and the coming years.
So, I’m preparing myself to be more active and positive-minded in the coming days.

So, I have decided to ” 3 days Go Green Smoothie Challenge” from today.

Will drink Green Detox Smoothie twice a day.❣️
💚Morning & Afternoon 💚
For 3 Days.
Join me to make the challenge more fun, playful, and enjoyable. As we will be doing together. We will be stepping to goodness with self-care together. How joyful it 😍😊❤️ is.

Ingredients:

Green Apple – 1
Spinach – 2 cup
Cucumber – 1
Banana – 1 small
Chia seeds – 2 tsp
Water – 2 cups

Clean all the ingredients, chop them, and make the smoothie in a blender.

In between have natural food like vegetables, eggs, nuts, and meat. Minimize your carbohydrates. Especially white rice, bread, and pasta.
