South Asian country Bangladesh is a small tropical country and surprisingly we are truly blessed with six seasons. Each season is different from the others. Therefore, fortunately, we are able to see so many transitions in nature. It’s a blessing.

Different season’s beauty is unlike different. And now, we are in a transition period and stepping into winter.
For us, winter is the season of celebration, vacation, holidays, and reconciliation. Here we get our holidays for winter vacation, schools are closed, charming winter bells ring on doors, and lots of gifts, get-togethers, and parties. Also marriages, usually take place in this season.
A family member who stays far from their routes comes to meet their loved ones where their heart always lies. Winter reunites them and celebrations start. Food is the outcome of the ultimate celebration. There are some different kinds of pithas and special recipes are cooked in this season. Like Chitoi, Bhapa, Patishapta, kitchuri, Tehari, Nehari, Biryani, Roast, and many many more. If I start naming them, my blog will not finish.
We should always embrace the change of nature. Every season has its goodness and some difficulties as well. And Winter spreads its happiness with some nagging issues that we need to deal with.
Like: dry and itchy skin, dehydrated skin, dull hair and hair fall, some pain, cold and cough, dried lips, less sleep, and body aches.

Solution:
- Staying hydrated is very important. If we keep our bodies hydrated, our skin will naturally follow suit. We need to swap our moisturizer. We can use a rich, oil-based moisturizer during the winter months.
- Milk also does wonders to feel our body good inside and out. A nourishing bath with herbal and natural ingredients can help skin glow even on winter days. Eventually, people are recognizing the benefits of nature-based ingredients.

Earlier sunsets and less sunlight might make us sleepier than normal and we may start yearning and feel down. Therefore a good night’s sleep is very important to be energetic rest of the day.
We should follow certain tips for peaceful sleep.
- Sticking to a consistent sleep and wake schedule.
- Get daily exercise.
