Cabbage In Omelet

Breakfast is the most important meal to me. As it is the first and foremost meal of the day that we treat ourselves. It does prove how much we love our-self and take care of our health.  To me my Breakfast table and a plate of served food is a reflection of an image of self-love and care, that proves how true and beautiful we are from within.

My Breakfast is an honor to treat myself with self-love, care, beauty, happiness, and loads of goodness. Which boosts my energy, mind, body, and soul to look for a beautiful blessed day that the Almighty, the creator Allah (God) leads me to step in.

It’s a gesture to show gratitude, what I am blessed with, and how I’m welcoming all the abundance coming my way to see life with a positive attitude. As food is a real blessing on earth.

Health is the most important thing that we are blessed with. This is the true foundation of happiness and success. It’s an old saying “Health is there, everything is there. Health is lost everything is lost.” A healthy person can see, think, and do everything in a positive manner.  Staying healthy is a continuous process of self-care and nurturing.  Its needs everyday care – nurture and food are the fuel to it.

Therefore, my kind of breakfast has to have some criteria.  Such as:

  1. Healthy
  2. Easy and quick
  3. Testy & Delicious
  4. Beneficial
  5. Eye-pleasing and beautiful.

So, on my most regular days when I prepare my breakfast, I consider the above. I always believe in mindful eating habits. Eating mindfully is a sign of healthy living is my motto.

I like eggs as everyone. I love omelets on my breakfast table. Nowadays, we all try to lose some extra weight and pounds. If so, we must try to intake less white Bread (Bread), Chapati or Roti, especially white curbs. Avoid white sugar. So, we may switch into low curb and natural food as much as possible.

So, one easy and quick recipe can be an omelet, right? But to make your portion complete and make it healthy and fulfilling even two eggs isn’t enough for me. So, I add more veggies to my egg omelet to make it healthy, fulfilling, tasty colorful, and enjoyable. Today, I am going to share with you one of the common recipes of my regular weekdays.

You may be thinking after telling a long perspective of my thought what am I sharing with you, an omelet? Yes, an omelet that has everything in it that we need in our days very first meal. Now I will tell you to see my breakfast plate and my omelet. Isn’t it looking so beautiful and it is expressing its own goodness? So, let’s make it and treat yourself with happiness.

Ingredients:

  • Two Eggs
  • Cabbage finely chopped 2 cups
  • 1 big Tomato chopped
  • I onion chopped
  • Green chilly chopped 2/3
  • Spring and fall onion 1/2 cup
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste.

Method of Making:

Steps: 1 & 2

Take a clean deep bowl. Add all chopped ingredients, break two eggs, and pour into the mixture. Time to mix all the ingredients together but don’t forget to add some salt to it as per your taste otherwise everything will be tasteless.  So, as we are ready with our mixture, time to flame the fire.

Steps : 3 & 4

Now take a nonstick frying pan. Add some oil to it. Use cold-pressed oil if possible to make it healthy. (Coconut oil/ Olive Oil or Mastered Oil) I have used Olive oil so; I took it to use it. Pour it into a heated frying pan and spread the mixture evenly. Cover with lid. Let it cook in low flame for 3 to 4 min. When one side is done flip the omelet. Give time to cook the other side.

By the time your omelet gets ready, you can always prepare your morning tea or coffee.  Of course, this way you will save some time in the busy morning and can enjoy your coffee peacefully as you do not have to rush to the kitchen for coffee again.  So, by the time your coffee is ready, your omelet will be ready too.

So, no more waiting to
open the lid, and it’s….. boom.

It’s time to put yourself to feel proud of yourself for your creativity and your cooking
credit. Now what keeps you waiting? Do not wait for anyone.  Serve it for yourself.

If you tune yourself in with some soothing background music, it will be blissful. Now, enjoy every bite of a golden colorful omelet with a mug of hot coffee. A beautiful morning with a perfect breakfast that is colorful, healthy, tasty, and delicious, and coffee is just the right thing you need in the first half of the morning.

And the most beautiful is you and your company. Life is beautiful & blessed, accept it. Be grateful for what you have and enjoy yourself.
