“Chicken Keema with Capsicum” is an exceptional recipe. This is tasty, delicious, and healthy. Loads of health benefits to it.
Required Ingredients:
- Chicken Keema/ mince – 5oo gm
- Capsicum 3 pc
- Tomato – 3 pc
- Potato – 2pc
- Peas – 1 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tsp
- Green Chili – 3/4 pc
- Red Chili Paste – 1 tsp and turmeric Paste ½ Tsp
- Cooking Oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Cardamom – 3/4 pc
- Cinnamon sticks – 1 pc
- Clove – ¾ pc
- Black Powder ½ tsp
- Bay leaf – 1 pc
- Water 250 ml
Method of Cooking:
- First make slices of all the vegetables (Capsicum, Potato, Tomatoes, and onions).
- Make the paste of red chili powder & turmeric powder with water.
Add & heat oil in a cooking pan. Add sliced onions, green chili, all the spices, groom masala along with turmeric and red chili paste. Now add ginger – garlic paste, salt & tomatoes and cook for 5 min on medium to low flame till oils come out.
Now add Potatoes and peas and mix well add water and cook for 5 min put the lid on. Then add Chicken mince & cook covered for another 6 to 8 min till keema is cooked. At this point add sliced capsicum and rest tomato slices and cook for 5 min or tills oils come out.
Garnish with Onions, tomato, and green chili, and enjoy this lips-smacking healthy recipe with Paratha, Roti, Lucchi, or even steamed rice.
